Don’t eat all day long. Some say you should eat small meals all day. This might be okay for some people, but our schedules don’t allow us to eat all day long. So, you need to schedule specific eating times. When you eat at or around the same time everyday your body will expect this food and run your metabolism accordingly. If you eat at random times throughout the day, your body will spaz out and wonder when it will be fed again. Keep your body happy and on a regular feeding schedule.
